1. Can I call to cell phones and land line telephones in
the provinces ?
Yes. A normal local charge to cell phone
and provincial long distance will incur in the Host Gateway’s
local telephone bill for an ATA device installed at Metro
Manila. Please check your local Host Gateway telephone provider
for provincial long distance rates.
2. Can I switch off the power of the desktop computer ?
Yes. The ATA device is independently functioning
even if the desktop computer is off.
3. How does the location of the Host Gateway affect the
provincial long distance charges ?
Provincial long distance charges is relative
to where the location of the Host Gateway. If the Host Gateway
is located in the province, land line calls within that
area or whatever the landline telephone provider covers
the area as a local call will not incur long distance charges.
If your ATA device is located in a certain province and
the destination call is to another province, long distance
charges will incur.
4. Who will install and maintain the ATA device ?
Telebabad have regional technical support to install and
maintain the ATA device. In addition, Telebabad provides
phone support to assist and log in your inquiries and technical
problems.
5. In a shared account, what happens if one member cancels
his account ?
The account holders have one month grace period to find
are placement member after such time it will adjust the
total monthly charge to the remaining members.
6. What is a Virtual Number ?
Virtual number is a feature whereby other
members who are located in an area code incurring a long
distance charge when dialing the account number can dial
a virtual number of his area code to access the account.
This feature avoids the caller from incurring long distance
charges whenever the account is accessed.
