Dinner Show
Synergy Network Productions is a full service production
for special events and occasions. We offer our clients a
wide range of live talents show, sounds, and audiovisual,
and staging equipment. We have integrated fine dining catering
service, artwork design and printing of posters, tickets,
and souvenir programs, video coverage and video editing
making it a full package service.
For your special host of the night, professional emcee
and disc jockey are included. Live band entertainment with
choreography is presented with a special participation of
a local star singer. A 12" x 8” area, 1' high
stage will be assembled for the performers. The total show
for the night is one hour. A professional emcee is provided
to host the whole program and a disc jockey is available
to man the record music for the live dance portion of the
show.
Lighting and special effects which includes one (1) follow
spot light, dimmers, strobe light, mirror ball, LCD projector,
projector screen, smoke machine are utilize as special effects
in the live band presentation. A 16-track mixer/amp, two
(2) wide range speakers with stand 8 professional microphones
are utilized for the professional sound system.
Stage Management
The dinner show is provided with a stage manager to be
present for the duration including set-up and strike time.
The stage manager will assist with all the audiovisual requirements
set-up and program coordination.
A sit down fine dinning catering is served. This includes
a soup, salad, two (2) main courses, cake dessert and coffee.
Food servers and cash bar tenders are provided.
Live video coverage with two (2) digital video camera will
be used and will be recorded together with the audio. Video
editing and burning will be in DVD format. Two DVD copies
with label and jacket for the client will be provided.
An 8" x 11 1/2" full color front and back cover
inclusive of artwork design, artwork layout, and printing
of 100 copies are ready for distribution for the night.
Sponsor solicitations fees in the souvenir program are credited
to the production.
